Represent a listed agency? Send us the profile URL and the facts you want checked. A profile claim gives your team a clear way to submit corrections and evidence; the UX Shortlist team verifies and publishes any changes.
What to include
- The agency name and the UX Shortlist page where it appears.
- Your name, role, and agency email address so we can understand who is requesting the review.
- The exact fact or passage you want us to check, plus a link to a primary source.
- For a new project or service, a public page on the agency's own site with named, checkable details.
We use the information to review the request. Please do not send confidential client material.
What a profile claim means
A claim is a request to review facts, not an editable account. We verify information independently against the agency's own site, its Clutch profile, and public records where relevant. Confirmed factual corrections are normally published within 7 days.
A claim does not guarantee that an agency will be listed, change its rank, or receive a preferred placement. Rankings follow the published rubric, and no agency pays for placement. To suggest an agency that is not listed, use Get listed free. For questions, contact hello@uxshortlist.com.
